Site FAQ

If your Site/Company have purchased the Corvus Application/s, installation will be available via a simple installation link, this should be available from your Site Administrator – Alternatively, please contact our support team (support@intov8.com.au) in the event that we have access to this information.
Once installed, each time Intov8 release a new version of the Corvus Axiom application it will immediately download upon refresh (reopening) of the application via click-once technology.

A Corvus Site Administrator is allocated to the Site/s who have Corvus installed, your Site Administrator is kept in the loop with the latest functionality and can be called upon for product testing, your Site Administrator should have attended Corvus Administrator training and therefore have a sound understanding of Corvus Data Flows and be available to assist with any general enquiries.
Each Site will predominantly have one or two Corvus Site Administrators able to assist with most of your general enquiries or support requests, if they cannot assist they will pass your enquiry/report on to the Intov8 Support Team for review.

If you are a new user and you have just downloaded Corvus Axiom onto your PC, you will be automatically assigned a Security Role – Corvus New Log on, which will open the application, however no modules will be accessible.
Security roles are used to control the varied levels of access a user has over the application. You can find your assigned Security Role within the bottom ribbon of Corvus Axiom.
To update your Security Role, please contact your Corvus Site Administrator

The Corvus Owner (Site Project Lead) defines the required Security Roles for the Site. This will include different levels of Access depending on the Role of the personnel and also their Competence.
Corvus Access can be granted by Corvus Site Administrators, they will make the decision for which Security Role will be most suitable for you.
Security Functions Module in Corvus Axiom à Data Administration tab à Security Functions Module, can assist with determining what each Security Role includes.
