Corvus is a mine production data management software application developed by Intov8 Pty Ltd, which displays real-time production data from multiple source systems on real-time dashboards, and includes comprehensive dynamic analysis reporting, driving process and cost efficiencies at the shift level.
This online User Guide is designed to assist you manage the Modules within Corvus Axiom. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please contact your Corvus Site Administrator, submit a support request to Intov8 at support@intov8.com.au or contact your Helpdesk.

If you are a New User and your navigation menus are inactive, please contact your Site Administrator to gain access.

Intov8 Support Process
Each site support process varies as it depends on how they wish to set up their Support and Maintenance Agreement with Intov8. However, the most common Support Process is documented as follows.
In order for Intov8 to respond to your request in a timely manner, please use the following steps:
Contact your Site Administrator who may be able to resolve your request / assist with your enquiry
If your Site Administrator cannot assist, please request that they send a support request to Intov8 at support@intov8.com.au:
Note: we require the following information as a minimum in order to effectively investigate the issues
A full screenshot showing all or part of the issue
If necessary, please provide multiple screenshots
A detailed description of the issue
If the issue relates to source data, whether the source system has been checked (including any relevant screenshots)
If the issue relates to a Corvus report, a copy of the report will need to be provided (this will allow us to look at the parameters used to generate the report)
When you first experienced the issue
Whether the issue is replicable across users
All screen shots require a time/date stamp
